The SkyLight is a universal smartphone-to-microscope adapter that enables any smartphone to become a digital microscope camera. It holds the phone steady over a microscope eyepiece so the image is focused on the phone camera, and consequently displayed on the phone screen. The SkyLight has no additional optics beyond the microscope. All SkyLights are opaque white with translucent white plastic clips, and each Skylight comes packaged with six inserts to adapt to a variety of eyepiece sizes, as well as a user manual. The SkyLight holds smartphones up to 6 1/4 inches x 2 7/8 inches (158 x 73 mm), and fits around eyepieces up to 1.75 inches (4.45 cm) in diameter. No phone (or microscope) included in purchase.
