SkyLight on a spotting scope

Some inquiring minds have asked about putting the SkyLight onto eyepieces of other sorts….like a spotting scope perhaps? The SkyLight worked beautifully on an early morning birding excursion last weekend, with an iPhone 3 mounted on a Meade 20-60×60. (But hey guys: don’t forgot that the SkyLight can only handle eyepieces up to 1.75″!)

And this is the resulting picture taken through the spotting scope. Even ducks love glamour shots!
